Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch all orders next working day of the order being processed, subject to the item(s) being in stock. Some items have a longer delivery time which is stated on individual products on the website. After order is placed we will email you to confirm we have received your order and any shipping details.

Orders placed after 12.30pm will be shipped next working day and will normally take 2-3 working days for delivery. Selected products have a 7-10 working day delivery .  If your order contains products with both delivery dates, orders will be shipped together and delivery will take between the 7-10 working days time span. Please see individual products for delivery times.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is £5.00

Payment methods

Incense-shop accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal: Paypal is the world's most used reliable and secure payment method.

Bank Transfer: Please allow up to four working days for transfer to be completed from bank to bank. More often these days payment is transfered immediately depending on the bank. We will email you when money has been received and to let you know your order has been shipped.

Delivery Method

We currently only deliver to the UK and orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class for orders under £30 and proof of postage is given. Orders over £30 are shipped with recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Orders are shipped out next working day and will arrive within 2-3 working days.

Postage and Packaging.

Costs for orders are added when you checkout your online order. Postage and packing £3.50 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 FREE delivery.

For safe delivery we use boxes to ship your items. We do not ship in padded envelopes any more due to items getting broke in the past. 

Shipping Discounts

We currently offer FREE Shipping on all orders over £50.00. 


You may return all items purchased from Incense-shop within 14 days, if un-opened and in  original condition. If you wish to return items please email in the first instance. On receipt of products a full refund for the cost of the products only will be provided.

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty you can expect a replacement or full refund, if you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products please email in the first instance.
